The Role: QA – Hardware Manager / Senior Manager
Own and scale OptiSigns’ hardware quality program across device lab operations, reliability validation, and release readiness for media players, kiosks, and peripherals.
Key Responsibilities
• Run a high‑throughput hardware QA lab (200+ devices) and drive root‑cause analysis.
• Define test strategy across functional, performance, compliance, and environmental tests.
• Establish automation for regression, burn‑in, and reliability; track defect trends.
• Partner with manufacturing/vendors to qualify components and improve yields.
• Publish QA reports and release gates for hardware/firmware builds.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in hardware QA/validation; electronics manufacturing background preferred.
• Experience with SBCs/SoCs (e.g., Rockchip), displays, and peripherals.
• Strong test design, failure analysis, and lab management skills.
• Professional English proficiency required.
• On-site, in-office role in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
