Mission

Ensure the quality, consistency, and functionality of digital experiences by validating features, forms, content, integrations, and responsive behavior across browsers before production releases. This role requires strong attention to detail, clear communication, and close collaboration with technical and project teams to identify, document, and validate issues.

Job Functions

• Test new features, updates, bug fixes, and integrations across web platforms.

• Execute functional, regression, smoke, cross-browser, and cross-device testing.

• Design, develop, maintain, and execute automated test suites to ensure product quality and release stability.

• Drive QA automation initiatives, including framework maintenance, test coverage expansion, and continuous improvement of automated testing practices.

• Validate responsive behavior across devices, browsers, and screen resolutions.

• Verify forms, user flows, analytics/tracking implementations, and integrations.

• Report, document, and track bugs in Jira with clear reproduction steps and supporting evidence.

• Re-test fixes and validate production releases before deployment.

• Ensure alignment with designs, requirements, acceptance criteria, and quality standards.

• Identify usability, accessibility, performance, and content issues.

• Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and product teams to improve product quality and testing effectiveness.

• Leverage AI-powered QA tools and workflows to optimize testing processes, defect detection, and test documentation.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, automation maturity, testing efficiency, and release reliability.

• 4+ years of proven experience in Manual QA for websites, web applications, and digital platforms.

• Solid hands-on experience in QA Automation, including automated test execution, maintenance of test suites, and understanding of automation frameworks and best practices.

• Experience working with AI-assisted QA tools, AI-driven testing workflows, or productivity solutions powered by artificial intelligence.

• Proficiency in BrowserStack for cross-browser, cross-device, and responsive testing.

• Strong ability to design, execute, and maintain test cases, test plans, test scenarios, and QA documentation.

• Deep understanding of responsive web design principles, modern web technologies, and user experience across multiple devices and browsers.

• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and browser developer tools for troubleshooting and validation purposes.

• Experience using Jira or similar project management and defect-tracking platforms.

• Ability to accurately document, prioritize, and communicate defects, test results, and quality risks.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a strong sense of ownership.

• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating within cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
