<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Review and validate CRM campaign configurations, including bonuses, free spins, cashbacks, and loyalty rewards, ensuring accuracy and adherence to promotional guidelines.</li>
<li>Conduct end-to-end testing of promotional mechanics, segmentation rules, and automated workflows to confirm seamless execution.</li>
<li>Perform testing on CRM-related campaigns before deployment.</li>
<li>Identify, document, and report any discrepancies, bugs, or issues, collaborating with CRM and development teams to resolve them efficiently.</li>
<li>Verify that all promotional content, terms & conditions, and customer-facing materials are accurate and compliant with regulatory requirements.</li>
<li>Test player journeys and communication channels (email, SMS, push notifications, etc.) to ensure correct targeting, delivery, and personalization.</li>
<li>Maintain comprehensive test cases, QA checklists, and documentation for future reference and continuous improvement.</li>
<li>Work closely with stakeholders to refine campaign execution processes and enhance overall quality assurance frameworks.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with responsible gaming policies and jurisdictional regulations.</li>
<li>Monitor live campaigns post-launch to detect any issues and provide feedback for improvements.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience: 1+ years in a QA role, preferably in iGaming, online casinos, or digital marketing is a plus.</li>
<li>Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM tools, campaign management platforms, and test automation tools is a plus.</li>
<li>Attention to Detail: Ability to meticulously test and validate complex promotional setups.</li>
<li>Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to detect, troubleshoot, and resolve issues effectively.</li>
<li>Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work cross-functionally.</li>
<li>Regulatory Awareness: Understanding of iGaming compliance, responsible gaming, and data privacy regulations.</li>
<li>Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li>
