Our team helps partners improve monetization performance, technical stability, retention, testing quality, creative performance, and operational scalability.</p> <p>Beyond publishing support, we also work deeply with Appodeal’s mediation and monetization ecosystem, helping partners with SDK integrations, attribution, analytics, ad operations, monetization setup, and technical troubleshooting.</p> <p>We operate as a lean, high-impact team where ownership, speed, technical quality, and continuous process improvement are core to how we work.</p> <p>We are looking for a&nbsp;<strong>Senior QA Engineer </strong>with 4+ years of experience for <strong>part-time work </strong>to own technical QA, onboarding validation, SDK integration testing, and release readiness across Appodeal Accelerator partners.</p> </div> <p>This role combines:</p> <ul> <li>technical QA,</li> <li>monetization validation,</li> <li>SDK and integration troubleshooting,</li> <li>onboarding support,</li> <li>and operational process improvement.</li> </ul> <p>The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically strong, operationally reliable, and comfortable independently validating builds and identifying risks before launch or testing.</p> <p>This is not a passive/manual QA role — we are looking for someone who can proactively improve quality standards, identify technical risks early, and help scale QA operations efficiently.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Technical QA &amp; Build Validation</li> <li>Review builds before CPI, retention, or monetization testing</li> <li>Run QA on gameplay, onboarding, progression, ads, paywalls, analytics, and monetization flows</li> <li>Identify crashes, softlocks, blockers, technical inconsistencies, and UX issues</li> <li>Ensure builds meet internal launch and testing readiness standards</li> <li>SDK &amp; Integration Validation</li> <li>Support SDK integration verification and troubleshooting</li> <li>Validate monetization, attribution, analytics, and event setup</li> <li>Investigate technical integration issues and platform-specific problems</li> <li>Collaborate with Product Engineer and partner studios during onboarding</li> <li>Monetization &amp; Analytics Validation</li> <li>Validate rewarded ads, interstitials, banners, IAPs, subscriptions, and paywalls</li> <li>Verify monetization event firing and analytics accuracy</li> <li>Support monetization testing and experiment validation</li> <li>Ensure attribution and mediation systems function correctly before launch</li> </ul> <p><strong>Pre-Test &amp; Release Readiness:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Play and review games before testing approval</li> <li>Evaluate technical stability, usability, retention-critical flows, and overall readiness</li> <li>Identify risks that could negatively impact UA, monetization, or retention test performance</li> <li>Collaborate with Product, QA, and Publishing teams on go/no-go decisions</li> <li>QA Operations &amp;
