Travelfusion is a leading global flight content aggregator connecting online travel agencies, corporate booking tools, and travel platforms to hundreds of airlines worldwide through our innovative API technology. We specialise in both LCC (Low-Cost Carrier) and full-service airline connectivity, including NDC and direct API solutions, driving efficiency, choice, and revenue for our partners. As part of our growth and expansion we will be moving to a new office in central Thessaloniki in June 2027 and expanding our technical teams of developers and test analysts.
The Role

What you’ll do
- Browser Debugging & Investigation: Use browser developer tools to investigate and troubleshoot UI issues, including inspecting DOM structures, analysing network requests, identifying JavaScript errors, and validating client-side behaviour across different browsers and environments.
- Front-End Quality Assurance: Perform detailed front-end testing across Travelfusion’s customer-facing platforms and internal tools to ensure a consistent, reliable, and high-quality user experience.
- Automation:
- HTML, XML & CSS Validation: Review HTML, XML, and CSS to identify structural, rendering, and responsiveness issues, working closely with developers to support efficient defect resolution.
- Responsive & Cross-Browser Testing: Test responsive layouts and cross-browser compatibility to ensure interfaces function consistently across devices, screen sizes, and operating systems.
- Component & State Testing: Validate UI components across all key states, including default, loading, empty, disabled, validation, and error scenarios.
- Form & User Journey Testing: Test forms and end-to-end user journeys to ensure accurate validation, smooth interactions, and reliable user experiences across booking and platform workflows.
- Design & UI Validation: Compare implemented interfaces against Figma designs and product requirements to ensure visual accuracy, usability, and consistency with design standards.
- Defect Reporting & Collaboration: Identify, document, and track UI defects with clear reproduction steps and supporting evidence, collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams to support timely resolution.
- Regression & Release Testing: Support regression testing activities ahead of releases to ensure new functionality and platform updates do not negatively impact existing features or user experiences.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to improving QA processes, testing standards, and overall product quality within a fast-paced and collaborative delivery environment.
About you
- Experience: You bring prior experience in QA testing with exposure to UI / Front end QA.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript or similar for test automation.
- Testing Expertise: Strong knowledge of testing tools and frameworks (e.g. Selenium, TestNG).
- Tools & Workflow: Experience with JIRA (or similar e.g. Bugzilla, YouTrack),SVN pipelines. You'll also have experience with bug tracking.
- Education: Ideally you have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or a related field.
- Agile Mindset: Comfortable working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Communication: Able to clearly share insights and collaborate across various teams.
- Growth Mindset: Curious, proactive, and keen to learn new tools and technologies.
