Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior QA Engineer with strong experience in both manual and automation testing. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of QA methodologies, hands-on experience with automation frameworks, and the ability to ensure high-quality delivery across applications. Salesforce testing experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases for web and enterprise applications
• Perform manual testing including functional, regression, integration, and system testing
• Develop and maintain automation test scripts and frameworks
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure quality deliverables
• Identify, document, and track defects using defect management tools
• Perform API testing and validate backend services
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated test suites
• Ensure test coverage, traceability, and quality standards are met
• Participate in requirement reviews and provide QA inputs early in the lifecycle
• Mentor junior QA team members and promote best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7–8 years of experience in software testing (manual + automation)
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as: Selenium / Cypress / Playwright (or similar)
• Experience with programming/scripting languages like: Java / Python / JavaScript
• Experience in: Functional, regression, integration, and system testing API testing (Postman, RestAssured, etc.)
• Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools (Jira, TestRail, etc.)
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

• Experience in Salesforce testing (Service Cloud / Sales Cloud / Lightning)
• Knowledge of automation in Salesforce environments (Provar, Selenium with Lightning)
• Exposure to performance or security testing tools
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• ISTQB or equivalent certification
