Quality Assurance Engineer

Description

Our client is seeking a QA Engineer who can lead his QA efforts, build and maintain robust QA processes, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software. You’ll have a hands-on role in test automation, API testing, and leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance QA efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Define, implement, and maintain QA processes and best practices.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web, mobile, and APIs.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to define testing requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Utilize AI tools to optimize testing and defect detection (a plus).
• Conduct manual and automated testing, ensuring functional, performance, and security standards.
• Track QA metrics, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-5 years in software QA.
• Strong experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Appium, etc.).
• Solid experience in API testing.
• Proven experience managing QA teams and processes.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum, CI/CD, and version control systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with AI-powered QA tools.
• Experience with performance and security testing is a bonus.
