Senior Quality Assurance - Test Automation Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated QA Test Automation Engineer to establish and lead our new test automation function. 

For this position, you should be able to check the following:

• More than 5 years of experience in quality assurance and test automation;
• Proven experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, QTP, Test Complete, or similar;
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#;
• Experience developing and executing test scripts within frameworks like JUnit, TestNG, or similar;
• Ability to perform database testing and write SQL queries;
• Familiarity with integrating automated tests with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Romanian.

Preferred:
• Experience with testing cloud-native applications on platforms such as Azure or AWS;
• Familiarity with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner;
• Understanding of security testing methodologies and tools;
• Experience working in Agile development environments;
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of QA engineers as the function grows.

Administrative:

• Hybrid work schedule (3 days in-office / 2 remote);
• Collaboration under an Employment Contract (CIM).
