<p><strong>Job Title:</strong> Quality Technician<br><strong>Location:</strong> Chandler, AZ<br><strong>Position Type:</strong> Full-Time | 9/80 Schedule</p> <p>Week 1 - Monday–Friday 6am-2pm</p> <p>Week 2 - Monday-Thursday 6am-4pm</p> <p>Pay - $19.00 - $25.00</p> <p><strong>Join Our Team at Qualastat – Experts in Wire Harness Manufacturing</strong><br>Qualastat is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated <strong>Quality Technician</strong> to support our quality assurance efforts in wire harness manufacturing. This is a great opportunity to be part of a dedicated team focused on delivering high-quality products to aerospace and industrial customers.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Perform inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished wire harness assemblies</li> <li>Utilize measuring tools and inspection equipment to verify product conformity</li> <li>Maintain and review quality documentation, including inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions</li> <li>Assist in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective/preventive actions</li> <li>Support internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives</li> <li><strong>Calibrate and maintain inspection tools and equipment</strong></li> <li><strong>Manage and track limited shelf-life materials to ensure proper usage and compliance</strong></li> <li>Ensure adherence to customer and industry standards, with <strong>knowledge of AS9100 and ISO 9001</strong></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of <strong>AS9100 and ISO 9001</strong> quality standards required</li> <li>Familiarity with <strong>J-STD-001</strong> and <strong>IPC/WHMA-A-620</strong> standards a plus</li> <li><strong>IPC certification</strong> is a plus</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills</li> <li>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications</li> <li><strong>Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel</strong></li> <li>Prior experience in electronics or wire harness manufacturing is preferred</li> <li>Strong communication and time management skills</li> <li>Must be able to pass a background check</li> <li>Fluent in English (read, speak, and write)</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance</li> <li>401(k) with Company Match</li> <li>Supplemental Insurance Options</li> <li>Paid Holidays</li> <li>Generous PTO Policy</li> <li>Sick Time</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p>
