DESCRIPTION
- Perform the evaluation of supplier’s parts within the different commodities
- Ensure and assess the acceptance of supplied parts quality according the standards through of inspections, audits, etc.
- Create entries for non-conforming material inside the system and validate quality incidents from other plants that could affect
- Gather data through of statistical measurements for failures, defects, quality issues, etc.
- Implement robust containment actions when flaw or defect parts are identified
- Create orders for sorting and/or reworks with approved work instructions
- Execute actions for problem solving through of different tools and deploy effective corrective actions
- Perform all activities aligned with the tickets scope and KPI’s targets
- Participate actively in regular meetings
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Mechanical Engineering and/or related
- 1 year of experience inside the Automotive Industry with knowledge in quality, quality systems, quality assurance, manufacturing (exterior, interior, electronics and/or powertrain) and/or similar positions
- Experience with product/process audits according to international standards (VDA, IATF16949 and/or ISO 9001)
- Good knowledge of Non-conforming processes and material management
- Good knowledge of quality processes, quality tools and GD&T (is a plus)
- Certified Quality auditor under ISO 19011 (desirable)
- Handling of KPIs and reporting
- Gather of technical information, lessons learnt, concepts and customer requirements
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (lean manufacturing)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Access, Excel, Powerpoint)
- SAP (desirable)
- Fluent English (Conversational level)
