Own:</span></strong></p> <ol> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Own and drive end-to-end testing strategy for customer-facing Conference &amp; Events product</span> <span data-contrast="auto">experiences, operational workflows, integrations, and distributed systems, proactively</span> <span data-contrast="auto">identifying product&nbsp;behaviour&nbsp;risks, usability gaps, workflow defects, regression&nbsp;risk.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Define and champion product quality standards for functional correctness, customer</span> <span data-contrast="auto">experience, usability,&nbsp;accessibility&nbsp;and consistency.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Design and execute validation strategies across the Conference and events,</span> <span data-contrast="auto">including bookings, attendee registration,&nbsp;room&nbsp;and resource allocation,</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span><span data-contrast="auto">communications and operational administration for customer workflows.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Partner with Product, Design and Engineering from ideation through delivery to ensure</span> <span data-contrast="auto">acceptance criteria, personas, customer journeys, test data, edge cases, non-functional</span> <span data-contrast="auto">expectations, and quality gates reflect real customer operations and the intended checks and test frameworks for UI, API, integration, regression,</span> <span data-contrast="auto">and end-to-end workflow validation using common product and quality engineering tools.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Champion shift-left quality culture by mentoring developers, product managers, and&nbsp;designpartners&nbsp;on testing principles,&nbsp;behavioural&nbsp;specifications, clear acceptance criteria,&nbsp;earlyvalidation,&nbsp;fast feedback loops, and production-quality observability.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Work effectively with ambiguity, proactively designing quality solutions based on evidence&nbsp;when&nbsp;clear data-contrast="auto">Required Qualifications:</span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="auto">5+ years of progressive software engineering or quality engineering with deep</span> <span data-contrast="auto">focus&nbsp;on quality in complex, distributed system environments.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Proven track record as an individual contributor with strong quality mindset and</span> <span data-contrast="auto">ability to influence technical direction through innovative, pragmatic, and</span> <span data-contrast="auto">evidence-based approaches.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">&nbsp;Deep hands-on experience working with web-based products, including front-end</span> <span data-contrast="auto">behaviour, API, service&nbsp;integration&nbsp;and functional end-to-end testing.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">&nbsp;Strong experience building test automation frameworks such as Playwright,</span> <span data-contrast="auto">Cypress from the ground up</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Practical experience integrating automated tests and quality checks into CI/CD</span> <span data-contrast="auto">pipelines using
