With best‑in‑class battery, control, and drive technologies, we offer the right tool for every job—powered responsibly.</p> <p>We’re looking for motivated, hands-on leaders who are passionate about quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.</p> <p><strong><u>Position Summary:</u></strong></p> <p>The <strong>Quality Group Leader</strong> plays a key leadership role in supporting daily quality operations and driving excellence across the manufacturing process. Working closely with the Quality Manager, this role helps ensure product quality, cost efficiency, and safety standards are consistently met.</p> <p>This position provides hands-on leadership to quality inspectors while partnering cross-functionally to improve processes, resolve issues, and strengthen overall product performance.
