The Quality System Auditor will be responsible for performing comprehensive audits of quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a thorough understanding of quality assurance principles.
Responsibilities
- Conduct audits of quality management systems to assess compliance with applicable regulations and quality standards
- Develop and implement audit plans and methodologies tailored to specific projects
- Analyze audit findings and prepare detailed reports outlining results, recommendations, and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and ensure effective quality management
- Provide training and support to staff regarding quality standards and auditing processes
- Monitor and review quality management processes and recommend enhancements
- Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in quality management
Requirements
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in quality auditing, with a focus on quality management systems
Required Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of quality management systems standards (e.g., ISO 9001)
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Certification as an ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the manufacturing or engineering sector
- Familiarity with other quality standards (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001) is desirable
