About the role

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all quality assurance functions within assigned task areas.
  • Lead and supervise a team of quality auditors and tutors.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor internal procedures to ensure compliance with Government regulations and policies.
  • Coordinate operational and administrative activities related to quality programs.
  • Ensure effective delivery of training and audit outcomes to support contract performance standards.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:

  • Demonstrated expertise in quality control operations management.
  • Ability to develop, update, and monitor internal procedures for compliance.
  • Strong coordination skills for administrative and operational activities.
  • Leadership experience directing teams in audit and/or training environments.
