About the role
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all quality assurance functions within assigned task areas.
- Lead and supervise a team of quality auditors and tutors.
- Develop, implement, and monitor internal procedures to ensure compliance with Government regulations and policies.
- Coordinate operational and administrative activities related to quality programs.
- Ensure effective delivery of training and audit outcomes to support contract performance standards.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
- Demonstrated expertise in quality control operations management.
- Ability to develop, update, and monitor internal procedures for compliance.
- Strong coordination skills for administrative and operational activities.
- Leadership experience directing teams in audit and/or training environments.
