About the role
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of quality auditors and tutors responsible for all audit and training activities.
- Develop, implement, and monitor internal procedures to ensure compliance with Government policies and regulations.
- Oversee quality control operations across task areas and ensure documentation standards are met.
- Coordinate operational and administrative activities that support overall mission success.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
- Demonstrated expertise in managing quality control operations in a regulated environment.
- Strong ability to develop and enforce internal procedures aligned with Government‑mandated standards.
- Knowledge of operational coordination, administrative workflow management, and quality improvement practices.
