About the role
<p><strong>Your core objective at QRT</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>To create high quality predictive signals</li>
<li>By leveraging your existing experience, signals and models</li>
<li>In Equities and non-equities (FX, Credit, Commodities, Bonds etc.)</li>
<li>With holding periods from hours to weeks</li>
<li>This is a performance based contribution where pay-outs depend on the quality and success of the signals provided</li>
<li>You can be based anywhere in world (subject to approval)</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Your present skillset</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Proven track record in delivering successful systematic strategies: creative models with realised Sharpe Ratios > 1.5</li>
<li>A deep knowledge of the equity and/or macro space</li>
<li>Capacity to work with autonomy and be an independent thinker</li>
<li>Minimum 4 year experience building successful strategies</li>
