Senior Quantity Surveyor

The Senior Quantity Surveyor at HanmiGlobal Saudi will play a critical role in cost planning and contract management throughout all stages of construction projects. This role involves accurate cost estimation, contract administration, and financial reporting to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and budget forecasts.
• Analyze project documentation and tender submissions.
• Administer contracts and manage claims, variations, and negotiations.
• Collaborate with project teams to align cost management with project objectives.
• Monitor progress payments and financial status of projects.
• Maintain thorough records of all contractual correspondence and cost reports.
• Support risk management by identifying financial risks and proposing mitigation plans.
• Provide guidance and leadership to junior quantity surveying staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in quantity surveying within the construction sector.
• Familiarity with industry-standard quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Working experience in PMC/PMO, Consultant Companies.
