About you
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- 5 - 10 Years experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Will have ideally worked in a Consultancy Environment or shown demonstrable skills elsewhere in their career that meets the expectations of this scope.
- Have excellent communication skills and can use effective stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficient in the use of the required functions in Microsoft Office skills, (e.g., Excel, Word & PowerPoint) to an appropriate level
- Knowledge of relevant construction technologies and trends (Sustainability) to assist on appropriate options and cost implications
- Team player with the ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing.
- Outstanding communication skills ( verbal and writing).
