Quantity Surveyor

We are currently constructing multiple Turnkey Data Centre Projects in 9 different European Countries, equating to over 320MW of IT load in flight.

Due to continued expansion as a direct result of winning new business, we are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking an experienced a Quantity Surveyor to join our team.

Requirements

·        Supervise the procurement of packages ensuring technical completion.

·        Monitor sub-contractor and supplier payments and sub-contractor variations.

·        Manage the project budget as directed by the Project Director.

·        Manage relevant client communications.

·        Document and cost changes to the work scopes and prepare the monthly valuations and final accounts.

Benefits

·        5 years’ experience in a similar role is essential, preferably within a mechanical and electrical contracting environment.

·        Data Centre experience would be a significant advantage.

·        Relevant level 8 degree.

·        Excellent organisational and time management skills.
