Junior Quantity Surveyor (Construction)

We offer a wide range of services to our clients, including property sales, rentals, property management, construction, and other related services. Currently, bbf: is expanding the internal team, and we are looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor
to join our Construction Department in the Limassol office.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Measurement of quantities in accordance with the standard methods of measurement as required,
• Preparation of remeasurements of Contract Works from Architect/ Structural drawings (AutoCad),
• Site visits for actual measurements when needed,
• Recording and pricing changes and variations to the original scope of works,
• Allocating work to subcontractors.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering,
  
• 1-2 years of work experience,
  
• Native Greek. Fluent in English language. 
  
• Knowledge of construction procedures and project management principles,
• Good interpersonal and communication skills,
  
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure,
  
• Demonstrated organizational skills,
• Strong computer skills (MS Office, AutoCad, MS Project).
