Quantity Surveyor-LD

HanmiGlobal Saudi is looking for a dedicated Quantity Surveyor - LD to support our line design projects by managing cost estimation, contract administration, and cost control. You will play a vital role in ensuring the financial accuracy and efficiency of our LD projects, contributing to their successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities related to line design projects.
• Assist in contract preparation, negotiation, and administration for LD scopes.
• Monitor project expenditure and cost variations, providing regular financial reports.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure accurate measurement and valuation of work done.
• Process valuations, variations, and interim payment certificates timely and accurately.
• Maintain detailed records of all contract documentation and correspondence.
• Assist in resolving contractual issues and claims related to LD projects.
• Support senior quantity surveyors in managing overall project cost control.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in quantity surveying, preferably with exposure to line design projects.
• Good knowledge of contract administration, cost control, and quantity take-offs.
• Proficiency in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience working in construction projects within Saudi Arabia or similar markets is an advantage.
• working experience in PMC/PMO, Consultant Companies.
