About the role
The position was primarily established to support Asso’s R&D Team in transforming new ideas into functional prototypes. The role involves close collaboration with engineers and product managers to evolve systems through continuous experimentation and research.
Responsibilities
- Design & Prototyping: Create designs, 3D models (CAD), and physical prototypes for testing purposes.
- Research & Development: Participate in brainstorming sessions and analyze market trends and emerging technologies.
- Testing: Conduct laboratory tests on prototypes to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Documentation: Prepare technical reports and maintain records throughout the product development phases.
- Collaboration: Support senior designers in solving complex design challenges.
Requirements
- Degree in Design (Industrial/Product Design), Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Intermediate knowledge of design software such as Inventor, SolidWorks, or Ansys.
- Familiarity with international standards.
- Excellent command of English is essential for studying international literature and communicating with overseas partners.
- Curiosity, willingness to learn, and the ability to receive and apply feedback effectively.
- Attention to detail and strong teamwork skills.
