Radio Frequency Engineer

Our daily work is dedicated to the design, development, optimisation and validation of complex RF front-end solutions including antennas.</p> <h4>Job Summary&nbsp;</h4> <p>We are looking for an experienced Radio Frequency Engineer to join our team. In this role you will evaluate and analyse proposed solutions within an ongoing optimisation process.</p> <h4>Responsibilities and Duties</h4> <ul> <li>Conduct RF validation measurements and prepare comprehensive reports.</li> <li>Simulate, design, and optimize RF front-end schematics and layouts.</li> <li>Estimate and characterize system-level noise emissions.</li> <li>Maintain measurement equipment and RF chambers.</li> <li>Document test processes and align workflows.</li> <li>Review and analyze certification data.</li> <li>Communicate with counterparts.</li> </ul> <h4>Qualifications and Skills</h4> <ul> <li>In-depth knowledge of RF, Microwave, and Antenna principles.</li> <li>Proficient in electromagnetic simulation software (CST, HFSS).</li> <li>Experienced with RF measurement equipment and tools (VNA, Spectrum Analyzer, Power Meters, etc.).</li> <li>Skilled in board bring-up.</li> <li>Understanding of conventional wireless systems for consumer electronics at the PHY/MAC level (WiFi/BT/BLE/Sub-1GHz).</li> <li>Hands-on experience in antennas and PCBs prototyping.</li> <li>Hands-on experience in Electromagnetic simulation software and task optimisation&nbsp;</li> <li>Hands-on experience in Signal Integrity approaches</li> <li>EMI/EMC certification/analysis on World Wide regulatory domain</li> <li>Experience in Embedded RTOS configuration and flashing, linux based systems philosophy</li> <li>Radar basics knowledge (architecture and data processing)</li> <li>Good written and spoken English</li> </ul> <h4>We offer multiple benefits, that include</h4> <ul> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">The environment of equal opportunities, transparent and value-based corporate culture and an individual approach to each team member</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Competitive compensation and perks.
