Ranch Sales and Marketing Manager

<p><strong>Summary </strong></p> <p>This dynamic hands-on and entrepreneurial position is responsible for delivering sales growth of a premium grass-fed beef business.&nbsp; This position also works very closely with the Ranch Manager to plan and facilitate on-site experiences for ranch guests and VIPs.</p> <p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead all sales and marketing activities, which may include:</li> <ul> <li>Craft and deploy high-impact social media strategies to increase audience engagement and community growth</li> <li>Optimize website performance and e-commerce operations to improve user journey and maximize checkout conversion rates</li> <li>Design multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive sales and brand awareness</li> <li>Grow and develop strategic partnerships</li> <li>Develop and monitor performance KPIs to monitor sales growth, and ROI of marketing activities via Google Analytics</li> </ul> <li>Manage and support Ranch events and customer experience</li> <ul> <li>Provide planning, and both on-site and off-site support for customer events</li> <li>Provide hands-on support during events, including facilities preparation, hospitality, and cleanup</li> <li>Coordinate or perform tasks associated with events, which may include supply pickup, facilitating guest transportation or other related needs</li> </ul> </ul> <p><strong>Recommended Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in digital marketing and strategy, and e-commerce platforms</li> <li>Experience developing custom events for a broad range of clients, up to and including C-suite personnel and executives</li> <li>Hands-on ranch or farm experience</li> <li>Project management skills</li> <li>Strong communication skills</li> <li>A self-starter with resourceful thinking, and a willingness to do some manual labor</li> </ul> <p><strong>Working Conditions</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ranching Environment with on-site lodging and guest facilities</li> <li>Local travel as needed for support of ranch operations and hospitality duties – expectation is 20%</li> </ul> <p><strong>Responsibility for Safety, Health &amp; Environmental</strong></p> <ul> <li>Individual is expected to perform job duties safely and in compliance with documentation outlined in the Safety, Health &amp; Environmental system.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Quality</strong></p> <ul> <li>Individual is expected to perform job duties in compliance with defined management system requirements.</li> </ul>
