RCM Float Specialist (ABA)

<p><strong>RCM Float Specialist (Remote) – ABA</strong><br>Sunrise ABA is seeking an experienced RCM Float Specialist to join our growing Revenue<br>Cycle Management team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety and has<br>experience across multiple areas of the healthcare revenue cycle.</p> <p><br>The RCM Float Specialist will provide support across all areas of the RCM team, including<br>Authorizations, Verification of Benefits (VOB), Credentialing, Claims Posting, and Accounts<br>Receivable (AR), based on operational needs. No two days are the same, making this an<br>excellent opportunity for a highly organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented revenue cycle<br>professional.</p> <p><br><strong>What We are Looking For:</strong><br>• Healthcare revenue cycle experience required 3+years<br>• ABA experience strongly preferred<br>• Knowledge of authorizations, VOBs, AR, claims posting, and credentialing<br>• Strong payer follow-up, research, and problem-solving skills<br>• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment<br>• Experience working with both Commercial and Medicaid insurance plans<br>• Knowledge of multi-state payer requirements, including state-specific Medicaid regulations,<br>MCO requirements, authorization processes, provider enrollment, and billing guidelines<br>• Ability to interpret and apply varying payer policies across multiple states and insurance<br>plans<br>• Experience researching payer requirements and staying current on regulatory and<br>reimbursement changes<br>• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify payer-specific rules that may impact<br>eligibility, authorizations, billing, credentialing, or reimbursement<br>• Ability to quickly shift priorities and provide coverage across multiple RCM functions as<br>business needs evolve</p> <p><br>If you enjoy learning all aspects of the revenue cycle and want to have a direct impact on a<br>growing ABA organization, we would love to hear from you!</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Pay Rate </div><div class="pay-range"><span>$22</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$25 USD</span></div></div></div>
