<h3><strong>Join Our Team as an Attorney at Axiom</strong></h3> <p>We are seeking a <strong data-start="173" data-end="204">Real Estate Finance Counsel</strong> to join our <strong data-start="217" data-end="255">Financial Services and Real Estate</strong> team. In this role, you will provide expert legal advice and support to our clients in <strong data-start="343" data-end="381">commercial real estate and finance</strong>, ensuring compliance and mitigating risk. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with leading clients in <strong data-start="505" data-end="602">commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS), lease financing, and real estate joint ventures</strong>, shaping legal strategies and driving business success. This is an existing vacancy.</p> <h3><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></h3> <ul> <li data-start="717" data-end="888">Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating <strong data-start="754" data-end="885">commercial real estate finance documents, loan agreements, mortgage-backed securities contracts, and lease financing agreements</strong>.</li> <li data-start="891" data-end="1012">Providing legal guidance on <strong data-start="919" data-end="1009">CMBS transactions, FHA and HUD regulatory compliance, and property-level due diligence</strong>.</li> <li data-start="1015" data-end="1195">Collaborating with <strong data-start="1034" data-end="1133">internal legal, finance, and risk teams, as well as external counsel and financial institutions</strong>, on <strong data-start="1138" data-end="1192">real estate finance and joint venture transactions</strong>.</li> <li data-start="1198" data-end="1353">Managing <strong data-start="1207" data-end="1274">real estate finance, regulatory, and transactional legal issues</strong> for clients in <strong data-start="1290" data-end="1350">commercial property, investment, and development sectors</strong>.</li> <li data-start="1356" data-end="1470">Staying ahead of <strong data-start="1373" data-end="1438">industry trends, FHA/HUD regulations, and market developments</strong> to provide proactive counsel.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Qualifications:</strong></h3> <ul> <li data-start="1496" data-end="1602"><strong data-start="1496" data-end="1508">5+ years</strong> of experience in <strong data-start="1526" data-end="1599">commercial real estate finance or structured real estate transactions</strong>.</li> <li data-start="1605" data-end="1731">Strong knowledge of <strong data-start="1625" data-end="1728">CMBS, mortgage-backed securities, FHA/HUD regulations, LTV analysis, and lease financing structures</strong>.</li> <li data-start="1734" data-end="1867">Proven track record of advising clients on <strong data-start="1777" data-end="1864">commercial real estate finance transactions, joint ventures, and compliance matters</strong>.</li> <li data-start="1870" data-end="1949">Excellent communication, negotiation, technology, and problem-solving skills.</li> <li data-start="1952" data-end="2042"><strong data-start="1952" data-end="1973">Juris Doctor (JD)</strong> degree and licensed to practice law in an applicable jurisdiction.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Preferred Skills:</strong></h3> <ul> <li data-start="2070" data-end="2209">Experience with <strong data-start="2086" data-end="2206">property-level due diligence, international or cross-border real estate transactions, and structured finance matters</strong>.</li> <li data-start="2212" data-end="2305">Familiarity with <strong data-start="2229" data-end="2302">real estate investment trusts (REITs) or capital markets transactions</strong>.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Compensation:</strong></h3> <p>The estimated total compensation for full-time Axiom attorney roles is $104,500-325,000 per year and for non-attorney roles is $71,250-309,750 per year.<strong>&nbsp;</strong>Compensation decisions are based on various factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs.&nbsp; Employees may be eligible for additional benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance; paid holidays and PTO; flexible work arrangements; and professional development opportunities and tools.</p> <h3><strong>About Axiom:</strong></h3> <p>For over 25 years, Axiom has pioneered the alternative legal services industry, now serving more than 1,500 legal departments globally with our unique blend of world-class legal talent and advanced AI tools, delivering innovative solutions ranging from that combine top-tier talent with cutting-edge technology.
