You have a compelling desire to support others, while being committed to your growth in real estate and leadership skills.</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"><br><br></span></p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do: </strong><strong><br><br></strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Provide a world class client experience for sellers on behalf of the team and listing agent, both pre-listing and on a high-touch basis through the rest of the contract</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Coordinate with vendors such as sign companies, photographers, contractors, etc to prepare the listing for sale</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Strong communication with clients to guide them through the listing process including marketing updates and regular check ins</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Use your personal cell phone to communicate with clients and respond to agents questions on the property</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Manage the showing experience of the listings, including being present for some showings</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Create or coordinate high quality listing marketing materials&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Manage editing listing photos and videos as needed&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Oversee the Listing Support and Showing/Open House Coordinator roles</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Run campaigns to gain client referrals&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Build and implement systems that save time and create efficiencies</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Participate in team activities per team standards</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Maintain the marketing related expenses/budget</span></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Skills You Have:&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Strong Team Player</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ability to pivot quickly to prioritize in high pressure circumstances</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Self-starter and self-motivated</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Creative problem-solving</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Communicate clearly and efficiently with others</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ability to work in a team/busy office setting</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Desire to learn and grow continually</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Confident in making decisions</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Computer savvy with experience in MS Office Suite, Google, Canva, email &amp; database organization a must; if experience with CRMLS, Zipforms, Docusign &amp; Brivity is a plus!</span></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">2+ year of experience in real estate listing and marketing management</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">California Real Estate License preferred, but not required upon hire.
