The </span>Real Estate Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating and analyzing purchase agreements and leases for both existing and new market locations. The Real Estate Project Manager will also be responsible for managing communication and performing key processes as it pertains to lease and purchase agreement consents, amendments, communications, and other customary real estate documents.</p> <h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li style="line-height: 2;">Review lease and purchase agreements and be able to conduct abstracts and determination of obligations for compliance.&nbsp;</li> <li style="line-height: 2;">Coordinate with the legal team on drafting and execution of agreements.&nbsp;</li> <li style="line-height: 2;">Coordinate lease information with Corporate AP and Lease Administration.&nbsp;</li> <li style="line-height: 2;">Tracking key dates and compliance obligations under the lease and purchase agreements.&nbsp;</li> <li style="line-height: 2;">Perform other related duties as assigned&nbsp;</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Why EquipmentShare?</strong></h3> <p>Because we do things differently — and we think you’ll feel it from day one.
