An inclusive primary school in Southwark is seeking an inspiring and dedicated Reception Teacher to join their Early Years team. The successful candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality education and creating a welcoming, engaging environment for young children.

Teaching Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver creative lessons that meet the needs of Reception students.
• Develop strong relationships with students, ensuring they feel safe, valued, and motivated.
• Assess children’s progress and provide regular updates to parents.
• Collaborate with other Early Years staff to share best practices and develop effective teaching strategies.
• Encourage positive behaviour and promote an inclusive classroom environment for all Reception children.

Requirements:

• PGCE or equivalent qualification.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience working with Reception-aged children.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum.
• Passion for working with young learners.
