This is a very attractive role with the opportunity to interact with office visitors and will have high visibility to other employees of the firm.</p> <p><strong><u>Job Responsibilities</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Open and/or close office daily</li> <li>Maintain front desk and greet visitors in a positive, enthusiastic, and professional manner</li> <li>Track upcoming meetings and set up meeting room with necessary stationery and equipment</li> <li>Answer and screen inbound calls on multi-line phones in a timely and polite manner</li> <li>Take and deliver messages accurately and completely</li> <li>Distribute incoming mail, prepare and send outgoing mail, arrange couriers, and unpack deliveries</li> <li>Monitor office and break room inventory, placing supply orders when necessary</li> <li>Maintain office equipment</li> <li>Keep office clean, stocked, and organized</li> <li>Ad hoc projects</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>Required Criteria (100% must be met for consideration)</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Previous experience in customer service settings</li> <li>Excellent organization and communication skills</li> <li>Professional demeanor</li> <li>Ability to sit for extended periods and lift 50 lbs.</li> <li>Schedule: must be able to work mornings, M-F from 7am-12pm in the TDP Office in downtown Chicago</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>Compensation</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Competitive hourly salary</li> </ul>
