Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide a warm welcome upon arrival
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Assist in making reservations and booking hotel facilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records
- Handle cash transactions and maintain proper cash handling procedures
- Liaise with other hotel departments to ensure guests' needs are met
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hospitality setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
- Proficient in using computer systems and common office software
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
