Receptionist (ABR)

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide a warm welcome upon arrival
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
• Assist in making reservations and booking hotel facilities
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records
• Handle cash transactions and maintain proper cash handling procedures
• Liaise with other hotel departments to ensure guests' needs are met

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hospitality setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
• Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
• Proficient in using computer systems and common office software
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
