Learn more about us at <a href="http://evercars.com">evercars.com</a>.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own full-cycle talent search and recruiting across all key functions (product, engineering, operations, sales, buying, corporate).</li> <li>Partner closely with the C-suite and hiring managers to define role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and hiring timelines.</li> <li>Proactively source top talent using LinkedIn, outbound outreach, referrals, headhunter partnerships, and other sourcing strategies.</li> <li>Screen candidates and manage interview processes from first conversation through offer close.</li> <li>Build and maintain a strong, diverse candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.</li> <li>Act as a brand ambassador for Ever, delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.</li> <li>Develop and continuously improve recruiting processes, interview frameworks, and hiring and onboarding playbooks.</li> <li>Track and report on recruiting metrics (pipeline health, conversion rates, diversity).</li> <li>Help scale Ever’s talent and hiring engine as the company grows nationally.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Fit</strong></p> <ul> <li>3–7+ years of recruiting experience (in-house preferred; agency background welcome)</li> <li>Experience hiring across both technical and non-technical roles</li> <li>Proven ability to source and close high-quality candidates in competitive markets</li> <li>Strong communication and relationship-building skills</li> <li>Highly organized with excellent attention to detail</li> <li>Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment with changing priorities</li> <li>High ownership mindset — you treat hiring outcomes as your responsibility</li> <li>Passion for building teams and shaping company culture</li> </ul> <p><strong>Technical Skills</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, or similar)</li> <li>Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter and outbound sourcing tools</li> <li>Strong pipeline management and candidate tracking skills</li> <li>Data-driven mindset; ability to use metrics to improve hiring performance</li> <li>Comfortable using Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and modern collaboration tools</li> <li>Familiarity with interview scheduling tools and workflow automation</li> </ul> <p><strong>Benefits</strong></p> <ul> <li>Competitive salary and performance-based bonus</li> <li>Health, dental, and vision</li> <li>Flexible / Unlimited PTO</li> <li>401(k) plan</li> </ul> <p><strong>Why Ever and this role?</strong></p> <ul> <li>Unique opportunity to join a leading, fast-growing startup with both tech and ops talent</li> <li>Opportunity to help build Ever’s recruiting from the ground up</li> <li>Generational market and growth opportunity</li> <li>Tier-1 investors and colleagues</li> </ul> <p><strong>Disclaimers</strong></p> <p>Ever is an equal opportunity employer.
