In this role, you'll report to the VP, People and be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, with a focus on sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent for our Revenue and Product &amp; Engineering teams. We’ll look to you to provide talent market expertise, data, and business acumen to identify and attract the best.</p> <p>You will play a crucial role in building our talent pipeline and will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our growth and culture.&nbsp; This is a role for a highly motivated recruiter, who is proactive and passionate about problem-solving and driving business solutions.&nbsp; If you are looking to be part of a hardworking and fun team, we’d love to talk with you!&nbsp;</p> <h3><strong>What You’ll Be Doing:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for our Revenue and Product &amp; Engineering organizations, from sourcing to offer negotiation.</li> <li>Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.</li> <li>Partner closely with hiring managers and executive leadership to understand their team's needs and provide strategic guidance on hiring.&nbsp;</li> <li>Utilize Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter and other tech to manage your pipeline, track progress, and report on key metrics.</li> <li>Act as a brand ambassador for Extend, effectively communicating our mission, values, and culture.</li> <li>Maintain a fast-paced, results-oriented approach to recruiting, consistently meeting and exceeding hiring goals.</li> <li>Serve as a trusted advisor to candidates, proactively keeping them engaged and "warm" throughout the recruiting process.</li> <li>May support other roles and departments as needed based on bandwidth.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What We’re Looking For:&nbsp;</strong></h3> <ul> <li>8-10 years of experience recruiting for start-ups in the tech industry, with a strong focus on Revenue and Product &amp; Engineering hiring.</li> <li>Expertise in developing and executing effective sourcing strategies and direct candidate outreach.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to work with and advise executives on hiring decisions and talent strategy.</li> <li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building strong relationships.</li> <li>A track record of thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.</li> <li>A passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience.</li> </ul> <p><strong><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Expected Pay Range:</span> </strong>$115,000 - $134,000 per year salaried*</p> <p>* The target base salary range for this position is listed above.
