In this role, you will own full-cycle recruiting, drive hiring strategies &amp; partner with company leaders.&nbsp; We are looking for recruiters who are passionate about their craft, have strong business acumen &amp; deliver best-in-class candidate experience.&nbsp; We're looking for a builder who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn as our business scales.</p> <p><strong>*This will be an on-site position*</strong></p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Partner with senior leaders across a variety of business organizations (Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, G&amp;A, etc.)</li> <li>Develop and execute recruiting strategies&nbsp;</li> <li>Concentrate on creating strategic sourcing plans for diverse backgrounds</li> <li>Track and analyze metrics and report on hiring progress to business leadership on a regular cadence</li> <li>Help initiate and implement creative and scalable changes to our existing recruiting strategies</li> <li>Work closely with cross-functional teams like Finance, People Ops, Benefits, Onboarding and Legal to deliver a high-quality and holistic candidate experience and to close top talent&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>What we are looking for</strong></p> <ul> <li>2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in the SaaS space.</li> <li>Experience filling a variety of roles such as Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, G&amp;A, etc.</li> <li>Track record or aptitude for successfully identifying and qualifying a diverse pool of candidates through LinkedIn, resume reviews, and other creative methods</li> <li>Strong executive communication skills and the ability to influence and guide senior leaders.&nbsp;</li> <li>A positive personality and willingness to jump in and help with special projects</li> <li>Think like an owner. Take ownership and initiative of the tasks that have been assigned to you.
