<h2><strong>The Role</strong></h2>
<p>We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Recruiter to drive our hiring strategy and recruiting execution. We're looking for an experienced recruiter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments to join this hybrid role in Cambridge, MA, partnering directly with our Executive Leadership team on hiring.</p>
<p>You will own full-cycle recruiting for high-priority roles, lead employer branding initiatives, manage our ATS, and oversee recruiting events—all while creating a world-class candidate experience. This role is high-impact: you’ll be instrumental in shaping Proton’s growth and talent foundation.</p>
<h2><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Lead <strong>full-cycle recruiting</strong> for critical roles across Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Operations.</li>
<li>Partner with leadership to <strong>forecast hiring needs</strong> and create strategic hiring plans aligned to growth.</li>
<li>Manage Proton’s <strong>overall recruiting strategy</strong>, including employer branding, recruiting events, and leveraging diverse sourcing methods to proactively attract top talent.</li>
<li>Build and maintain a warm network of candidates, keeping an active pipeline of qualified talent engaged for current and future hiring needs.</li>
<li>Manage and optimize <strong>Greenhouse ATS</strong>, ensuring accurate data, reporting, and efficient workflows.</li>
<li>Continuously <strong>improve recruiting processes</strong> and candidate experience with data-driven best practices.</li>
<li>Serve as a trusted partner to leadership on <strong>talent market insights, compensation benchmarking, and scaling strategies</strong>.</li>
<li>Track and report <strong>key recruiting metrics</strong> to leadership, using data to inform decision-making.</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>You’ll Be a Great Fit If You</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Have <strong>2–5+ years</strong> of recruiting experience in high-growth SaaS or startup environments.</li>
<li>Thrive in <strong>creating structure out of ambiguity</strong>, and enjoy owning both strategy and hands-on execution.</li>
<li>Have a track record of <strong>hiring across technical and non-technical roles</strong>.</li>
<li>Are data-driven, organized, and passionate about delivering an <strong>exceptional candidate experience</strong>.</li>
<li>Enjoy building community through <strong>employer branding and recruiting events</strong>.</li>
<li>Bring <strong>ATS experience</strong> and a focus on process optimization.</li>

<li>Base salary: <strong>$120,000 OTE</strong></li>
