<p><strong>Title: </strong>Field Recruiter -Bilingual Spanish/English</p> <p><strong>Type: </strong>Full Time, Exempt</p> <p><strong>Location:</strong> Reston VA—ON SITE &nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Reports to: </strong>Chief of Staff &nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Muller is a full-service sitework contractor based in Northern Virginia, delivering sustainable civil construction services across Maryland, Virginia, and DC through a technology-driven, systems-based approach.</p> <p>We are seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our operations. This role requires at least 3 years of experience in construction, skilled trades, or industrial recruiting, with staffing experience preferred and Spanish and English fluency.</p> <p>The Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for craft and construction professionals, qualify candidates, attending industry and boots on the ground events, support onboarding, and serve as a key liaison between field operations and HR.</p> <p>This position is a part of a high-performing, established recruiting team with strong systems, resources, and leadership support. It is not a comprehensive inventory of all duties, responsibilities, and qualifications required.</em></p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p>Field Recruiting (Skilled Trades, Construction)- On-site position with travel requirements; this is not a remote role. &nbsp;<strong><u>**Flexible scheduling within established business needs**</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Source and connect with hourly trades talent through job boards, referrals, events, and local networks</li> <li>Build strong pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill field roles</li> <li>Screen candidates for skills, experience, and job fit</li> </ul> <p><em><u>Partner with Field Teams</u></em></p> <ul> <li>Work closely with Ops, PMs, and field leaders to understand staffing needs and timelines</li> <li>Stay ahead of hiring demands and flag any gaps early</li> <li>Share what you’re seeing in the market (availability, pay trends, hiring challenges)</li> </ul> <p><em><u>Field Presence &amp; Events</u></em></p> <ul> <li>Represent the company at job fairs, trade schools, and community events</li> <li>Help run proprietary hiring events and local recruiting efforts</li> <li>Build relationships with workforce programs and trade partners</li> </ul> <p><em><u>Candidate Experience</u></em></p> <ul> <li>Be the main point of contact for candidates through the process</li> <li>Keep communication clear and timely from screen to hire to onboarding</li> <li>Make sure candidates have a smooth, positive experience</li> </ul> <p><em><u>Admin &amp; Tracking</u></em></p> <ul> <li>Keep systems and trackers updated (apps, pipelines, hires, metrics)</li> <li>Stay compliant with hiring policies and documentation</li> <li>Track basic metrics like time-to-fill and hiring results</li> </ul> <p><em><u>Onboarding Support</u></em></p> <ul> <li>Partner with HR/ops to ensure smooth start for new hires</li> <li>Support early retention (first 30–90 days)</li> </ul> <p><em><u>Performance Focus</u></em></p> <ul> <li>Fill roles quickly with quality candidates</li> <li>Maintain strong pipelines for field roles</li> <li>Improve hiring speed, retention, and event success</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Preferred four-year college degree in Human Resources or business-related field</li> <li>At minimum 3 years of experience in full cycle recruitment</li> <li>High volume recruiting experience in Trades, Construction, and/or Professional Recruiting</li> <li>Experience developing and implementing recruitment strategies that positively impact time to fill, quality of hire, and other recruiting metrics and outcomes.</li> <li>Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred</li> <li>Experience with HR Systems and Applicant Tracking platforms</li> <li>Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects is desired</li> <li>Highly motivated, independent drive, self-directed, and results driven to help the company achieve its aggressive staffing goals.</li> <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and under deadline-based requirements.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Competitive Salary + Yearly Bonus</li> <li>Paid Holidays and Vacation</li> <li>Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance plus additional voluntary plans</li> <li>401K with company match</li> <li>Company phone, computer,</li> <li>Mileage reimbursement for all work-related travel</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><em>Muller Inc is an Equal Opportunity Employer and makes hiring decisions solely on the basis of merit</em></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
