Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for open positions.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.
Support onboarding process for new hires.
Ensure smooth communication with clients and candidates.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
Proven experience in recruitment, especially in hiring security and housekeeping staff.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
