This role will lead full-cycle recruiting for highly specialized positions spanning international development, development finance, monitoring and evaluation (MEL), analytics, and enterprise IT.</p> <p>The ideal candidate brings deep experience recruiting in federal contracting environments, with the ability to build pipelines for both proposal (pre-award) and program execution (post-award) staffing needs. This is a high-impact role requiring strong market insight, stakeholder engagement, and disciplined execution.</p> <h1 style="margin-bottom: 6.75pt;"><span style="font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 13.3333px;"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></span></h1> <ul> <li>Actively source and screen qualified candidates using materials and guidance provided by Dexis.</li> <li>Share screening notes, résumés, and candidate recommendations with Dexis for review.</li> <li>Communicate any insights or intelligence shared by candidates to the Dexis team.</li> <li>Support interview scheduling and coordination, as needed.</li> <li>Maintain and regularly update a recruitment tracker with candidate status and progress.</li> <li>Participate in interviews of top candidates alongside Dexis staff.</li> <li>With Dexis' input and approval, negotiate salary expectations and benefits with preferred candidates.</li> <li>It may be necessary to attend check-ins with the wider program management team.</li> <li>Submit a summary of hours worked and activities completed at the end of each week.</li> </ul> <h1 style="margin-bottom: 6.75pt;"><span style="font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 13.3333px;"><strong>Qualifications</strong></span></span></h1> <ul> <li>3+ years of recruiting experience in federal contracting or government environments</li> <li>Demonstrated experience supporting civilian federal agencies (e.g., DFC, State, USAID, MCC, or similar)</li> <li>Proven ability to recruit for mid- to senior-level professional and technical roles</li> <li>Experience supporting proposal-driven recruiting efforts (pre-award pipeline development)</li> <li>Strong sourcing capability, including passive candidate engagement</li> </ul> <h1 style="margin-bottom: 6.75pt;"><span style="font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 13.3333px;"><strong>Preferred Qualifications&nbsp;</strong></span></span></h1> <ul> <li>Experience supporting the U.S. Agency for International Development, Millennium Challenge Corporation, Inter-American Development Bank, or similar organizations</li> <li>&nbsp;Background recruiting for development finance or investment roles</li> <li>Existing network within the DC-based international development community</li> </ul> <h1 style="margin-bottom: 6.75pt;"><span style="font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 13.3333px;"><strong>&nbsp;Work Environment Requirements</strong></span></span></h1> <div>This is a fully remote position. While the consultant would be welcome at Dexis headquarters anytime, they will not be expected to attend any meetings in person.
