What will your challenges be?
- Leading end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Coordinating briefings, understanding business needs, and partnering with internal teams.
- Following each search closely: pipeline, timing, and candidate experience.
- Using tools like ATS to keep everything clear and organized.
- Identifying opportunities for improvement—and feeling comfortable sharing them.

- 5+ years of experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
- Strong contextual awareness and adaptability to different profiles and dynamics.
- Ability to stay organized, communicate clearly, and collaborate across teams.
