Someone who can lead end-to-end processes with sound judgment, understand the context behind each search, and collaborate with others while working independently.

Key responsibilities:
- Conduct strategic sourcing and build relevant pipelines for each search.
- Lead interviews that go beyond the surface and build genuine trust.
- Maintain clear, consistent communication with both the internal team and clients.
- Report progress and KPIs in a structured way, bringing visibility to every stage.
- Own each search from start to finish, with attention to timing, quality, and experience.
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting (consulting firms, RPOs, or in-house).
- Autonomy, strong communication skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Commitment to quality and accountability with deadlines.
- Intermediate to advanced English.
- Experience with recruiting tools (ATS, databases, spreadsheets).
- Familiarity with metrics and reporting — and how to use them meaningfully.
