We are also advancing a broad portfolio of early-stage ADCs pursuing undisclosed solid tumor targets.</div></div><p><strong><u>Position Overview</u></strong></p> <p>The Contract Senior Recruiter, Life Sciences will support Immunome’s growing Clinical/Development and Commercial organizations by leading full-cycle recruitment for a broad range of roles across the organization. This position will partner closely with a variety of teams to attract, assess, and hire high-quality talent in a competitive oncology biotech environment. Solid demonstrated candidate sourcing experience is required.</p> <p>The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented recruiter with experience supporting clinical-stage life sciences organizations and managing multiple complex requisitions simultaneously.</p> <p><strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead full-cycle recruitment for a variety of clinical and development-focused roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.</li> <li>Partner closely with hiring managers and HR to understand evolving business needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities.</li> <li>Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates with experience in oncology drug development and clinical research environments.</li> <li>Conduct in-depth candidate interviews to assess technical qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with Immunome’s values.</li> <li>Coordinate interview logistics, gather feedback, and facilitate timely hiring decisions.</li> <li>Ensure a high quality and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.</li> <li>Maintain accurate and compliant records within the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse).</li> <li>Provide market insights related to talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive intelligence.</li> <li>Support contract and contingent workforce hiring needs as required.</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li> <li>A minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience is required, a blend of in-house and agency experience is preferred.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience recruiting Clinical/Development or Commercial focused roles within biotech, pharmaceutical, or CRO environments.</li> <li>Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.</li> <li>Ability to work on-site in Bothell a minimum of one day per week.</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>Knowledge and Skills</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong understanding of research, clinical research, clinical development, and drug development functions within an oncology-focused organization, preferred.</li> <li>Experienced utilizing a variety of candidate sourcing tools and platforms.</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</li> <li>Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail.</li> <li>Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">WA State Contract Pay Transparency (Hourly Rate)</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$70</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$85 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong><u>E/E/O</u></strong></p> <p>Immunome, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
