Reporting to the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, this role will play a key part in supporting high-volume recruiting efforts within the mortgage industry, assisting with sourcing initiatives, coordinating interview processes, and managing onboarding activities for new hires. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating a positive candidate experience.</p>
<h3>What You'll Do</h3>
<ul>
<li>Source candidates and build talent pipelines for open roles and future hiring needs using Linkedln Recruiter and other recruiting platforms.</li>
<li>Engage candidates through Linkedln lnMail, email, phone calls, and text outreach while building strong relationships with both active and passive talent.</li>
<li>Manage candidate movement throughout the interview process within Greenhouse, including interview coordination, scheduling, and status updates.</li>
<li>Deliver a high-touch, white-glove candidate experience through professional communication, responsiveness, and consistent follow-up throughout the hiring process.</li>
<li>Conduct detailed reference checks and maintain accurate candidate</li>
<li>Manage onboarding activities through Greenhouse Onboarding and Gusto, our HR platform, ensuring onboarding tasks, new hire documentation, and</li>
</ul>
<p>checklists are completed accurately and on time.</p>
<ul>
<li>Support new hires throughout the onboarding process and coordinate onboarding logistics across departments to ensure a seamless experience.</li>
<li>Support high-volume hiring efforts while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Partner closely with the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruiting and onboarding operations.</li>
</ul>
<h3>What We're Looking For</h3>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree</li>
<li>Minimum of 2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.</li>
<li>Experience supporting recruiting efforts within the mortgage, financial services, or related industries preferred.</li>
<li>Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication</li>
<li>Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal skills with a candidate-first</li>
<li>Experience using Linkedln Recruiter and other sourcing tools</li>
</ul>
