<p><span data-contrast="auto">We are seeking a detail-oriented and systems-minded Recruiting Operations Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is the operational backbone of the recruiting function – owning the buildout and ongoing optimization of our ATS, supporting active recruiting and strategic projects prioritized with the team (focus varies – e.g., employer branding, candidate experience). The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on experience configuring talent acquisition systems, a process-design mindset, and the ability to translate recruiter pain points into clean, functional solutions.
