Together with the HR team you will help finding, selecting and hiring the talented workforce of Adyen.&nbsp;</p> <pre id="tw-target-text" class="tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta" data-placeholder="Translation" data-ved="2ahUKEwjwrsW9ytCEAxUPDLkGHWB_B5YQ3ewLegQICBAU"></pre> <p><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Managing pipeline end to end while partnering with Hiring Managers, Solution Leads and providing excellent candidate experience.</li> <li>Act as a first point of contact for potential candidates and recruitment agencies.</li> <li>Screen and engage talent that fit with our company culture.</li> <li>Create attractive and fun job descriptions together with the hiring manager.</li> <li>Develop a strong network of candidates and research/recommend on new sources for recruiting.</li> <li>Use data, sourcing metrics, insights and systems thinking to problem solve, influence and educate.</li> <li>Facilitate &amp; improve Hiring Manager Trainings on a regular basis.</li> <li>Driving improvements in whole areas of hiring regional and sometimes global.</li> <li>Partnering with other members on the People team to solve complex challenges.</li> <li>Being an employer brand ambassador for Adyen as a speaker or leading the execution of certain employer brand activities.</li> <li>Have fun: Bring a vibrant, expressive and fun-loving personality to the job!</li> </ul> <p><strong>Who you are</strong></p> <ul> <li>You are an experienced recruiter for Senior ICs and Leadership roles.</li> <li>You have full professional English and Portuguese language plus Spanish communication skills.&nbsp;</li> <li>You have exceptional analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>You have the ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities.</li> <li>You are passionate and driven about building a high-performing by encouraging team to continuously develop and grow.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Payments or FinTech experience will be a plus, enthusiasm is a must.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitments&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Our unique approach is a product of our diverse perspectives.
