This role is perfect for someone who loves owning the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing strategy to candidate shortlisting — while working closely with hiring managers across our Australian and Philippine offices.

🔍 What You’ll Do 

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across operational, business support, and specialist roles in AU and PH. 

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, design sourcing strategies, and shape candidate experiences. 

• Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek, JobStreet, and internal tools to identify top talent and maintain active talent pipelines. 

• Conduct structured interviews, manage shortlisting, and support timely decision-making across the hiring workflow. 

• Track metrics and maintain documentation using BambooHR, Microsoft Forms, and Excel trackers. 

• Provide consistent reporting and updates to the HR Manager and Business Operations Manager. 

 

✅ What You Bring 

• 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in professional or regulated environments. 

• Solid knowledge of sourcing tools, Boolean search, candidate screening, and stakeholder alignment. 

• Familiarity with BambooHR, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Forms, and recruitment analytics. 

• Confidence in managing multiple roles, stakeholders, and timelines with autonomy. 

• Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong judgement in candidate selection.
