We are currently recruiting for a Senior Recruitment Consultant in Cyber Security on behalf of our portfolio partner EliteCyber

As a strong player within their market, EliteCyber is present at various specialist events such as: FIC, Cybersecurity recruitment forum, ICICS, and Cyberdays.

THE ROLE 

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant you will become part of an exciting and rapidly growing team and quickly grow your desk from warm to hot. Already a European Leader in the Cyber Security space, EliteCyber group recruit cyber security professionals from graduate to C-level on behalf of international clients seeking to protect their digital and physical assets from the rapidly changing and ever-growing threat of cybercrime. With guidance and support, including first class training and expert team engagement, you will carve your own market within the European cyber security recruitment space. This is a 360 role where you will be provided with all the necessary recruitment tools and platforms required to do your role, including a bespoke CRM and LinkedIn Recruit. You will have the opportunity to attend and exhibit at prestigious industry events across Europe.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

Personality, Passion, Ambition. If you have these qualities, you can grow a successful recruitment career at EliteCyber (earning some eye-catching rewards). You will come from a Cyber Security recruitment background, ideally will a couple of years’ experience. Have the desire to share your knowledge with those around you, particularly the members of the wider team. Possess a good level of business awareness and commercial acumen. This is a 360 role meaning strong organisational skills, time management and priority skills are a must. To be a French, German, Dutch, Danish, Flamish, Scandinavian or Polish speaker is a big plus but not essential.
