<p><strong><br>Position Summary:</strong><br>The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research ("the Foundation") is seeking top talent for its <span data-contrast="auto">Recruitment Coordinator position. Reporting to the Director of People Operations, this position </span><span data-contrast="none">oversees the recruitment process and ensures an efficient and positive recruiting experience for hiring managers, external recruiters, and candidates. This role is responsible for activities including, but not limited to, guiding managers through the hiring process, managing job postings, scheduling interviews and producing offer letters within the Foundation’s Applicant Tracking System (“ATS”), Greenhouse Recruiting. This position serves as a bridge between the Foundation’s external recruiters and the People Operations team, hiring managers, and internal processes and systems.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"201341983":0,"335551550":1,"335551620":1,"335559685":0,"335559737":0,"335559738":0,"335559739":160,"335559740":259}"> </span></p>
