Recruitment Manager – Banking and Fintech and Operations Manager (Contracts Consultant)
Job Description
Recruitment Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine hiring needs, and implement a recruiting process for legal professionals, such as paralegals, legal assistants, clerks, and associate attorneys
- Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process (candidate sourcing, screening, qualification evaluation, interviewing, negotiating offers, and follow up) to facilitate the hire of qualified candidates
- Oversee and manage a pipeline of top talent relationships and maintain contact with potential candidates that may be a future match for open positions
- Bolster candidate search opportunities through multiple channels like colleges, networking groups, and service organizations
- Maximize outreach methods to job seekers, such as social media, LinkedIn, job fairs, job boards, seeking referrals, and high volume cold calling
- Keep detailed and accurate communication records in the applicant tracking system
- Sourcing and headhunting candidates from recruitment websites, industry journals and networking tools.
- Talking to candidates in India.
Contractor Management:
- Managing the current consultants in Hong Kong with the assistance of Admin Manger
- Handle the monthly payroll and benefits.
- Explore the Indian market and the Singapore market for placing consultants.
- Well versed with the Employment Ordinance and Labour Laws in India,.
Visa Processing:
- Assist foreign citizens with immigration procedures.
- Communication with client mostly in India to co-ordinate the collection of relevant documentation required for Hong Kong visa applications and provide status updates to client during the visa process
- Ensures all paperwork, including applications for immigration and visas are completed accurately and in a timely manner..
- Performs a variety of tasks.
- Leads and direct the work of others.
- A degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
- Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
- Should have studied Law as a subject in the Graduation.
Requirements:
· A law degree or completion of law school is ideal - Bachelor’s degree is required
· Experience in talent acquisition or legal recruiting experience as a corporate recruiter in the legal market is required
· Min. 5 year’s experience in payroll processing, contract management and inhouse recruitment.
· Understanding of the employment market in India and community resources.
· Motivated self-starter with the ability to work under minimum supervision.
· Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in English. Fluency in English and any Indian language.
· Excellent computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with the internet and email communications. Must be able to learn new systems quickly.
