As a Recruitment Sourcer, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across multiple functions within the company.&nbsp;</p> <h3 data-path-to-node="4"><strong data-path-to-node="4" data-index-in-node="0">Core Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li data-path-to-node="5,0,0">Proactively identify and engage top-tier passive talent through advanced sourcing techniques across LinkedIn, GitHub, X (Twitter), Discord, and other Web3-centric communities.</li> <li data-path-to-node="5,1,0">Build and nurture diverse talent pools for various functions, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates for current and future needs.</li> <li data-path-to-node="5,2,0">Stay at the forefront of Web3/ Emerging Tech industry trends, mapping out competitor landscapes and providing actionable insights to the broader recruitment team.</li> <li data-path-to-node="5,3,0">Partner closely with recruitment consultants and hiring managers to calibrate candidate profiles and refine sourcing strategies based on real-time feedback.</li> <li data-path-to-node="5,4,0">Act as the first point of contact for potential candidates, professionally articulating the value proposition of our clients and the unique opportunities within the decentralized space.</li> <li data-path-to-node="5,5,0">Maintain meticulous records within the ATS/CRM, ensuring data integrity and generating reports on sourcing channel effectiveness.</li> </ul> <h3 data-path-to-node="6"><strong data-path-to-node="6" data-index-in-node="0">Qualifications &amp; Requirements</strong></h3> <ul> <li data-path-to-node="7,0,0">3+ years in talent acquisition or sourcing, preferably within a high-growth recruitment agency or a fast-paced tech environment.</li> <li data-path-to-node="7,1,0">Proven experience or a deep-rooted interest in the Tech industry, with a solid understanding of non-technical roles within decentralized finance and blockchain.</li> <li data-path-to-node="7,2,0">Advanced skills in utilizing ATS/ CRM platforms and modern sourcing tools (e.g., Boolean search, AI-sourcing assistants, and CRM databases).</li> <li data-path-to-node="7,3,0">Exceptional interpersonal and persuasive communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with high-level candidates quickly.</li> <li data-path-to-node="7,4,0">Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p>
