About the role

The Impact you’ll make

  • Source passive candidates on Indeed and ZipRecruiter by filtering resumes and proactively messaging qualified prospects
  • Manage inbound applicants from job postings and respond quickly to keep momentum high
  • Extend reach through LinkedIn Recruiter and relevant Facebook/social media groups
  • Conduct structured pre-screening calls to assess sales aptitude, cultural fit, and role requirements
  • Shortlist and schedule qualified candidates for in-person interviews with partner company owners
  • Follow up with applicants to reduce drop-off and maintain a steady flow through each stage
  • Build and manage recruiting pipelines in Go High Level (GHL), segmented by partner company and role
  • Maintain accurate status updates, notes, and tags; ensure clean handoffs to hiring managers
  • Create and maintain organized Google Drive folders with role profiles, compensation plans, and process docs
  • Join discovery calls with partner owners to capture role requirements, territories, and compensation details
  • Translate requirements into targeted sourcing strategies and screening criteria
  • Provide regular progress updates, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Stand up initial GHL pipelines and automations; explore tools like VivaHR or Zapier for efficiency
  • Iterate outreach templates, screening rubrics, and job postings for better conversion
  • Contribute to playbooks and, over time, help establish best practices that can scale to a team

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Hands-on experience sourcing, filtering, and messaging candidates on Indeed and ZipRecruiter (non-negotiable)
  • Proven full-cycle recruiting experience, including pre-screens and interview scheduling
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written); confident, clear phone presence
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and make decisions without constant direction
  • Comfortable using ATS/CRM-style tools; can quickly learn and manage pipelines in Go High Level (GHL)
  • Technical: Boolean search and resume filtering on Indeed/ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing, Facebook group outreach, ATS/CRM (GHL) management, Google Workspace organization; basic automation familiarity (Zapier/VivaHR)
  • Soft skills: Ownership mindset, proactive problem-solving, clear and persuasive communication, strong organization and follow-through, stakeholder management, resilience in high-volume outreach, metrics-driven approach
  • Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
  • Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
  • Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
  • Back-up computer and internet connection
  • Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
  • You thrive in builder mode, creating structure and process where it doesn’t exist, and you’re motivated by clear outcomes
  • You take initiative and don’t wait for instructions—you anticipate needs and move candidates forward fast
  • You’re comfortable partnering directly with business owners and can juggle multiple companies/roles at once
  • You enjoy recruiting for field-based/in-person sales roles and can screen effectively for grit, drive, and coachability
  • Remote position

  • Required to provide own computer with Intel Core i5 or something similar or higher operating system
